Domestic shipping:
- Australia Post Express 1-4 days depending on your location
- Orders received before 9am will ship the same day or the following Monday if your order is placed on a weekend
- Orders received after 9am will shipping the next day or the following Monday if your order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday
Our Returns Policy in short:
- Contact us prior to returning any item
- Returns are permitted within 14 days of delivery
- The product must be in as shipped condition
- All sales are final on pre-sale and sale items. No returns or exchanges are accepted on any discounted merchandise
- For international returns please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid customs delays and charges at the Australian border
- Item not the right size or fit, no problem. Just contact us and return by tracked post or courier. Once received we can refund the cost of the item minus shipping, exchange for another item or issue a credit note to use at a later date
- If your package is unclaimed and returned, you may be charged an additional handling fee
